Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees I understand that the company has to make money, but I also didn't need all the processing fees associated with this. I barely get much back from filing and to have a sum of 117 dollars by the end of it all--which is NOT optional--is frustrating. This is the LAST year I'll be using TurboTax. It used to be affordable and easy to use. But if I have to do a bit more to save more money, then I will. Very unfortunate. Also, the services that I paid for last year I didn't even NEED--so to have to pay for service is crazy to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the most affordable to working class Prompts you to determine what deductions are available and which are best for your financial situation. Makes more sense to do taxes at home yourself and the least expensive method.

I can look up information if I have questions or not sure what it is asking me. Can talk to a professional if need further assistance. Feel confident once I am done with my taxes.
