Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Overall Experience The overall website version of TurboTax Premium was very user-friendly and easy for me to navigate and return to specific areas. I did run into one glitch that I couldn't solve on my own and with a click of the help button, a minute later, I had the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind-spirited individual I have ever worked with for phone support. She helped answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy My husband and I have tried different companies over the years for filing our taxes. Last year, we decided to try and file our taxes using TurboTax. It was great! We were able to sit in my office at my computer and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee while filing away. The only downside to the whole process was listening to my husband's mild digs at the cleanliness of my home office, but if that's the biggest complaint, I would say we are doing ok. We used TurboTax again this year, and we are still very happy with the program!

You could make the use of coupons/discounts more prominent as I spent 50 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative to apply my discount. I eventually had to submit a refund request as I had moved past the page to apply my discount.
