She normally has someone else do her taxes but for the past two years she has used Turbotax. This year was my daughters first year with an W2 so I showed her how to use Turbotax as well. I'll recommend them to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service The customer service agent was just so nice and patient with me. I couldn’t figure out why my state wouldn’t go through but she figured it out. She was very professional and helped me receive the maximum amount owed to me. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone doing their taxes themselves.
