Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a very solid online product Solid customer service, and over years and years of developing this product it seems it has gotten better and better and easier to use. Being able to pull up a customer service tax agent by video for free is really solid. Hard to imagine someone would have a very difficult time with this. Probably as easy as possible

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very cumbersome Good except for K-1 prep. Your system for K-1 info is horrible. Requirement for separate k-1's for different types of income is crazy. Need to have a way to determine where all numbers come from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You wasted almost two days of my life! I purchased the downloadable version of turbotax earlier this year. When I logged in to do my taxes last week, I was immediately deflected to the On-Line version for home and small business, thinking I was following your guidance. What happened was I entered all my data, and then when I went to pay (what turned out to be a duplicate payment) as part of the end process to file my taxes the system froze up and would not process my payment. We spent hours trying to figure this out with your CSR(s) under Case# 482294024 to no avail. Today, on my third attempt with customer care the agent finally figured out I had not been using my already downloadable software instead of the On-Line version your system deflected me to when I signed in to do my taxes. Not sure if I am just stupid, or if your web interface simply does not clearly guide your users to the appropriate product. So other than having had to enter all my data twice, I am still a happy customer, but pretty frustrated with the confusing log-in and linkage to the On-Line version as your default post login onto the platform.
