Rated 4 out of 5 by from I wouldn't want to go it alone! TurboTax has been great every year. I wouldn't want to go it alone during tax time. So, it is very good to have this fantastic tool to guide me through an otherwise burdensome process. This year, I did find the process not quite as fluid as previous year insofar that corrections at the end were somewhat confusing and difficult to make.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best overall deal! You get the best overall deal, I swear. Especially after the first initial year of using it. Everything is way quicker than the estimated time. The autofill and assistance is way more than helpful. I DEFINITELY recommend it over H&R Block and several other online options. TBH I recommend it over all in person options, those charges are more than unreasonable. I'll never use another service again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I will NEVER USE THIS AGAIN!!! I was charged over 170$ to file both Federal and state. I couldn't even EFILE, but I still had to pay over 100$ to file Federal. Crock of crap!!!! I had to go back and correct a bunch of items. Didn't properly fill some items and I had 2 items in one box but kept being told that it was incorrect. NOT my doing. 4 hours later. I'm never using this again.
