Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy, but frustrating. This is my 2nd year using turbo tax. They are very easy to use and i am a very understanding and laid back person. However, your free service isn't really free. You have to pay $40 just for state. Then you have any extra stuff, like your in school or you have school loans, you have to upgrade which is another $40. And then if you want to use your Return to pay those fees you have to pay ANOTHER $40. That is RIDICULOUS. Not to mention, it took a month for me to get my second stimulus due to glitch and when i filed this year there was another glitch that wouldn't let me e-file, then a THIRD glitch that wouldn't take my card info. Your service is too expensive and full of glitches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets easier each year! I have used TurboTax for more than ten years, and the user interface keeps getting better and better. I did have one question and got a prompt solution using the "Live Chat" feature. If you do owe taxes, it's simple to set up a electronic payment from your bank account.
