Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fair, but super pushy They have a good setup but they're far too pushy with upgrading to the next level of help. I get rather tired of trying to file with the 600 popups about upgrading. It wastes a lot of time for no reason. Especially with a baby. She starts losing her mind and I still haven't finished filing because of their 600 attempts to get me to upgrade. No means no. Accept that. If I decide I wanna upgrade, I'll go back and do it. Which isn't likely, I'm already paying $75 just to e-file with them. And keep an eye on their hidden fee to pay with your return. I didn't notice it at first and almost spent an extra $40 for no reason. Looks like I'll just be broke until I get paid again.
