Every 5-10 minutes you get an ad for an upgrade which costs way more than it's worth. I also found out afterward that they charge more in the online version than the software you buy at the store.

Marvene was EXTREMELY helpful in preparing my first taxes as married filing jointly with my first kid; two major life events in the past year; not to mention multiple different sources of incomes for both of us including self employment income and investments to juggle! This was a huge undertaking and she handled it with prowess and grace. We are grateful that there is such a professional in the field to help navigate every nook and cranny of such a complex process and we hope to get her again next year. Thanks again so much Marvene!
