Rated 3 out of 5 by from We were finally able to get it to e file. This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax. I found your 3 columns of "Free" "Plus" and "Deluxe" confusing as it looks like there are 3 plans when in fact there are 2 and the "Plus" can be added to either. (I had to talk to someone to find that out.) Then when I tried to file the first time it didn't go through because it was too early to file NC tax. (I had to talk again to someone to figure that out.) Then the IRS rejected my form saying the AGI was incorrect. However, it was very correct! (I talked to another representative from Turbo and was told I needed to go to IRS, set up an account, check what they had as AGI. I did that and they had the same thing that I took off line 11 on my last year's taxes. Then, another representative called me (Lila). She has worked with me for 2 days and we finally had success today! All of your representatives were kind and somewhat helpful; however, it was Lila who stuck with me and helped me get my taxes filed. Before she called, I was very sorry that I used your tax service. She has changed my mind and I will probably use your service next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax helps every year It has a good user interface, lots of clarification on topics throughout the filing process, easy access to assistance, nice save features and generally simplifies the daunting task of tax filing. I don't know how well it works for folks with a more complicated financial record, but it did great for all of my financials (military pay, PCS, savings accts, etc.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trouble w/download I had a 2 hour tech call and was unable to get Turbotax to work on my home desktop. The representative was great, but we were unable to solve the problem. I had to borrow a different laptop to complete my taxes.
