My information is downloaded from the previous year and it's easy to add additional information. It generally takes me three hours to complete my taxes in full. I will continue using Turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product & Service Product is good and easy to use, I talked to a tax expert as well (Tayana) who was extremely helpful. My only reason to dock a star is because they are just overly pushy with the promotion of the premium versions of their product that I don't need.
