Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbotax! TurboTax has always done right by me and makes it really easy to put in all my employees info as well as student info so I can get the most out of my return. They always have the best people on Live Chat that help with anything and are so nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and much less expensive When my regular tax person retired and referred me to an alternative preparer, I was shocked to learn the cost for preparation. The next year I tried Turbo Tax and have used it ever since. Even when I had my side business, I was able to file fairly easily due to the detailed prompts and information supplied by TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some interface bugs, but still a good system The screen share video feed to my tax preparer stopped suddently. I had to make multiple attempts to enter my bank routing number and account number because the fields kept clearing themselves. Entering my drivers license number was impossible because the system thought I was entering dashes. Despite the glitches, I chose from the beginning to use a live tax preparer, and that made up for it all. Intuit needs to be careful because this could be construed by the public as a ploy to upsell.
