Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good - but issues this year I've used Turbo Tax the last few issues without an issue, but my Fed return was rejected once and the state return twice due to errors in their software. The first time it I was notified the next day and they supposedly corrected it, but I noticed after 3 weeks that my state return still hadn't been accepted and sure enough it was kicked back again due to a glitch in the Turbo Tax software. I always file early so I can get my refund quicker, and now with the state return I'm going to be back at the end of the line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax software caused rejection I used TurboTax but was notified my return was rejected by my state because of a TurboTax software issue. I refiled with TurboTax help but the instructions from them were confusing. I now doubt the whole process and the value of TurboTax.
