Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Help From Tax Professionals! I never had trouble filling in my taxes so far. Anytime I wasn't sure about something, the customer service is always there to help with any question I may have. Outstanding!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Please Add more methods of identification Just a driver's license or state I.D. as "faster" identification methods are inconvenient and I've been doing it for 7 years with TurboTax. I'm in the process of changing my permanent residence, license and number to the state of Hawaii, but I haven't gotten my physical card yet. I would've loved to have an option to enter in my Known traveler number, which I was actually extensively background checked for or even my passport number, but this is pretty much the same site I went to 7 years ago when I began with TurboTax. Disappointing.
