Rated 5 out of 5 by from Insanely Easy & User Friendly Being able to upload all of my necessary documents (W-2's, mortgage docs, student loan interest, investment P&L reports for Crypto) while in the TurboTax portal on my desktop or on my phone is incredibly convenient and user friendly. Being able to pull the data online by linking accounts or adding in documents just by taking a photo with my phone is amazing; not to mention the accuracy of their content reading software. The explanations for every step of the process is incredible too. The information provided is in-depth enough to allow you to make an informed decision but doesn't get bogged down with technical tax verbiage. I absolutely love using this online tax service.
