Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Fast, Accurate Why anyone filing taxes would pay someone to do it unless they have complicated situations is beyond me. TurboTax is amazing and always gets me my largest refund and makes sure my taxes are correct.

I love the feature where it pulled statements from my personal banking institution for like my 401K and any Rideshare forms. I didn't have to guess where to fill in the information. I love any question I didn't understand the ? was there and had an explanation. The help feature and glossary were helpful. This is my second year using this product for myself and my parents. I think we will continue for years to come. Thanks TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No Refund Advance? Please advertise accurately....I hoped to receive an advance, however, it was expired. Tax season began on 2/12 and it expired days later. I feel that I pay too much for this service when someone else could do my taxes for the same amount.

However, Turbo Tax notified me and provided guidance to correct to correct their error caused by their software issue.
