Their software really helps with pulling the information from your tax returns and organizing it well, which seemed to help me understand my taxes better. This is my second year using TurboTax and love the feel of being able to complete my taxes. There are also representatives there to help with questions. The individual who I chatted with, Catherine, was helpful, personable, and provided insight and additional resourses about understanding my tax bracket and how it was taxed.
