Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy It's easy to use if you're filing a simple income tax return. Although I do not remember an additional fee if you choose to pay the filing fee by having it deducted from your refund ($89+$39 to have it deducted from the refund). So far everything is good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from All the fees they charge are ridiculous.! First after the "savings" its $78 to file for free. Then at the end of it all that price goes up to $117. Tell your customers the exact charge, in FULL, upfront.!!! Don't trickle on charges from the beginning to the end.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to follow! If you're not a tax expert and need some hand-holdinging while you do your takes, then this is a great platform to try. They make it easy because they have hyperlink phrases that give a full description of what each question is asking of you. Plus, I always opt for the "expert" help which is great if you get stuck and need a real person to walk you through it. The only reason why I gave it a 4 is that this year the refund ticker was not updating properly while I entered my expenses. So I had to completely delete all of one of my business's information and start from scratch. This eliminated all of the prior year's info too that I like to see for comparison. It was a nuisance having to start over and was time consuming. Other than that, I'd recommend at least trying it once.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stupid that your charging for everything It’s stupid that you are charging for everything now to file. And even taking money out if you want to pay thru your tax return. I’ve used y’all for years and never paid to file. I’ll be using somewhere else next year.
