Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy! I switched from using TaxAct a couple of years ago because they were going to start charging me for their service (even though I fell within the tax bracket that did not require paid services). It's been easy and fast with TurboTax ever since switching!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad, certainly not free I suppose that the software works well enough, although the online explanations aren't very good, that's probably to get people to upgrade and spend more. The instructions with the IRS forms are easier to understand, if you can believe that. I'd still go the paper route if it was allowed.
