Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible You had me fill out the whole thing tell me that it is good to go and everything is done to say that the IRS rejected the file. You need to simply look at the SSN to see if the individual has filed in the last five years instead of asking for this code or that code. Don't worry I will not use you again.

I had to refresh at one point of the process because the page wouldn't scroll all the way down. It did ask a couple of questions I didn't understand and had to look up. Overall it was easy to navigate and go through all the questions.
