Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awsome! I've used TurboTax for Many years but in 2020 went to a CPA due to some additional items that didn't leave me feeling comfortable with that approach. Well, it was done through the CPA correctly but it took much longer and we had a major issued trying to obtain our refund. I really can't say it was the fault of the preparer. This year, for 2021, I went back to TurboTax. Had a few challenges but spoke live with 2 different experts and got the resolutions quickly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last year using turbotax Can't go more than 1 or 2 steps without being bothered by ads and being taken to 3rd party sites. Complete garbage!! Used to be able to file for $40ish dollars, now over $100. he site is slow and glitchy. Being told on certain spots that I do not need to enter anything in a certain box, then the site not letting me move forward until I enter an amount in the said box. (that it literally tells me does not need to be entered).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best Great experience overall. I tested other sites but TurboTax is definitely the easiest to use and follow. It auto pulls data from uploaded pdfs so less work me.
