Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is going down hill On several different occasions, I had to completely close out of Turbo Tax and re-login because pages would not load. Going back a page to try to reload the latest page did not work. Only fully closing out and logging back in did. Additionally, there was no option to not use that race to refund feature. And the constant attempt to up-sell on products is annoying. Do not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Turbo Tax!!!!!!!!!!! This is my eighth year using Turbo Tax and I would never complete my taxes any other way. I am impressed by the continuous updates and enhancements to their system, and I am especially thankful for Live Chat Assistance. I had quite a few issues that required fixing, and rather than becoming frustrated, I used Live Chat and the process was quite sophisticated. Errors fixed! Happy Tax Filer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
