I have used Turbo Tax for many years and had thought about going to a preparer this year just to double check that I am doing everything correctly. With Turbo Tax Live I was able to do that right in Turbo Tax from the convenience of my kitchen table at 11:15 p.m. on a Saturday night! Jackeline was able to research my question, share my screen and make sure that everything was correct. I even got to see her face as she helped me -- assuring me it was a REAL PERSON helping me. I would highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expert help really helped I needed to E file both my federal and state taxes, but received screen notification stating that since I had no income I couldn't e-file my taxes. So I opened a chat with a live expert and Joseph showed me how to do that and hopefully I will be able to successfully E file both federal and state.
