Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes filing bearable Filing my taxes is just not a productive exercise for many different reasons. TurboTax is easy to use and reliable. I have used it for many years and find it intuitive enough to complete my filing and cross the dreaded activity from my to-do list. This year was no different.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard time with all the many changes.Its Depressing Worst time ever. Spent way to much time for what should have been.. Top complaint was Turbo tax constantly asking me for all the deductions when I could never approach $27000 in deductions. Downloading from my investments was also a major pain with all the senseless steps. Never been this bad. Needs redoing. Turbo was not saving my files either. If there was an auto save it didn't happen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly easy to use. Did well in going through income and deductions, but in regards to City taxes I could not figure out how to report estimated tax payment for this tax year, so I have to figure that out on paper.
