Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with experience filing 2020 return NY State return had to be completed twice and federal return had to be restarted from scratch after entering all data due to software glitches. The time needed to file taxes was double what it has been in prior years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my 3rd year with Turbo Tax and I love it! I like using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and its FREE FREE FREE. Just like the commercial says. I was an H&R block customer for over 20 years and believe me it was not free. Try it you will save a bundle.

For what I payed I would have liked some individual help but I still end up having to figure out a lot on my own or guess. Still, I'm sure they made the process a lot less excruciating than it could have been.
