Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service and quick to help when needed This is the second year we have used Turbo Tax and it went really fast. Nothing had really changed so all the information was already there. They also were able to contact our payroll services and mortgage company to download all that was needed. The only glitch was some issues with getting our son's college student info all straight. Jenisha from the help center got us all straightened out in minutes! She even stayed with us to make sure everything went smoothly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to review certain forms and credit Turbo Tax is a good system, except there are some areas that need revising as the wording is not very clear and required a direct call from Kabrina in Tennessee to resolve some of the credits and needed forms. needed to explore your website to get the answers. Kabrina took her time and found several forms and resolved the Credit form problem, she is a credit to the Turbo Tax company and should be commended.
