Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crazy Price Changes I have been using TurboTax for years and it has always been free. For the first time this year I was charged over a hundred dollars to submit my return. I used to love TurboTax but now that the prices have changed so drastically I will be filing my taxes elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax disappointed me for the first time ever Turbo Tax has NEVER charged me being lower income but because I received unemployment it would not let me use the free option, therefore I had to pay nearly $100 to get my refund. I again have always, and should still be, eligible for the free option. I am a very low income. I will probably not use Turbo Tax again even though I love the ease of use.
