Unfortunately next year i'll be using a new tax service because you charged me $40 each to file federal and state taxes. The cherry on top was the we'll charge you $40 more to take it out of your refund.... no. Figure out a better pricing structure and tell people up front what it's going to cost not have them go through all of the motions.
