Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only a hitch in filing Everything went great. Filed Federal, then state said there was an update or new change and they would not let me file yet. It went on to say they would let me know when it was okay to file. Never did get that message

I had to go back and comb through every bit of the process to find where I was supposed to put the information in. I have a digital copy and couldn't even upload it, I had to manually input all the information

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kinda pricey We were suppose to get discounts. When asked why I didn’t receive they said I now didn’t qualify because I used chat with someone to find out why their service wasn’t offering the discount on federal tax service.
