Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome I use to do Tax Slayer when My Husband was in the Airforce then I started using Turo Tax and have been with Them now for many years. My Mom use to be a Tax Preparer and used Intuit and We like it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with Turbo Tax, But Phone Help is Amazing I had multiple issues with Turbo Tax when my original return was returned as Rejected. I had transposed numbers on a TIN. After hours of looping around on the Turbo Tax system to correct and re-file, it would not let me get past the "Correct Your Return" after it had been corrected. To get phone help, I had to upgrade. The woman I worked with, Adowa, was so patient, calming and knowledgible. She patiently walked me through these very frustrating steps, multiple times, and finally helped to get my return re-filed. I don't know if I will use Turbo Tax again, but if I do, it is only because they have good staff to help customers with problems.
