Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stop being presumptuous. Sure it's been convenient and easy, but I've noticed a constant trend of you upgrading me from Basic to Deluxe WITHOUT my permission, and then suddenly I'm paying more to get everything done. That's not really an acceptable thing to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Easy! Been using it for years. Saves a ton of time vs the actual paperwork. And the document prompts are great. Just wish there was a way to search for the odd documents I get to make sure I'm not failing to report something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Years Strong I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and every time it has been extremely user friendly and quick to file. This year I had a few hiccups that made me not want to return next year but I will most likely get over it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time saver! TurboTax saves me so much time in filing my taxes. It is a breeze to enter the data and I am assured that my data is correct and checked for errors. I love it! No more spending the entire day on the kitchen table using books and forms to fill out the taxes. Also anything out of the ordinary, TurboTax will determine if I need to worry about it or not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from hate this service i love how when i click free file state and federal i somehow have to end up paying 117 dollars to file, because it silently adds services i didnt click at the start to my filings and then sneakily bills me for them
