The Tax experts and Turbo Tax employees are very helping and well versed to navigating these issues. My major problem is mainly due to having to pay extra fees and additional money in order to answer simple questions and to help dealing with forms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Providing directions is very good. I've been using Turbo Tax Home & Business for many years with my complex returns, and it has been great. However, some little things should be cleaned up. Such as, incorrect responses when a refund is used as an estimated tax payment credit. This refund credit also causes incorrect effective tax rate calculations.
