For about 20 years I would go to a reputable tax group, and sit there for one hour while the expert would do my taxes, passively I would read the newspaper and answer questions now and then, finally I would write the check and be done with it for another 12 months! I can't believe how TURBOTAX has gotten me out of that sleepy trap! This is the most wonderful tool and I am so appreciative of this service! Thanks!!!!!!

I was freaked out when I got to the part after I paid and it showed I owed over $3000. The system made me review my w-2 info and I ended up adding it again. So it doubled my income, thus why I showed I owed double than my refund. This happens each year. There are random glitches that are frustrating and make the process take longer than it does.
