Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! I was a bit nervous at first because I have never done my taxes on my own before. Truth is, I wasn't alone! It was certainly worth it to upgrade my service so I could chat with a professional in real time to make sure that I was doing everything correctly! The one I chatted with had 20 years of experience, that is almost my entire life! This gave me peace of mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dependable as always! I've been doing my taxes with turbo tax for over 12 years. It's always been easy and accurate. This year there were some issues but once I was able to speak to an associate, she was able to help me.

I didn't give a 5 star review at this time as I had to revisit several forms (K-1) and continue to re-enter information before the program finally accepted what I had put in. Don't know why the discrepancy continued.
