This year I was determined to have some sort of Premium Tax issue and was forced to pay for the upgraded service in order to finish my return. No explanation, no option to say no and stick with the free level. Whatever the Premium issue was had no affect at all on the amount of my return but I was still forced to pay for a service I didnt need or want. I'll be checking out different options for my return next year.
