Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works! Over all, very clean and easy to use. Could not upload the pdf copy of last year's returns, which were filed with the paid version of Turbo Tax. Crashed my system when trying to review the final copies before filing. Had to reboot everything, computer - Wi Fi and Modem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sometimes confusing I've used TurboTax for years, and one thing that has confused me is the deductions for Traditional and Roth IRAs. Please add a note that this section is for contributions that are not made through your employer....eg, not already accounted for on the W2.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Always Tricks you into Buying an Upcharge Every year TurboTax has a different excuse to force me to upcharge to the Deluxe version at the very last possible second. It will refuse to allow me to file for free because of some complication that changes each year. This way, I get no benefit of the premium service because it upcharged at the last second. It's a predatory business model. The cherry on top is they charge you double to pay for the upcharge with your return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax I love the step by Step through all the tax questions....the answer prompts if I need clarification...It so easy and I understand my taxes and why we are filing it this way and doing this schedule or form. I used a live tax person...he was very knowledgeable and walked me through and help me find the issues and fix the forms I had entered wrong inform...turbo tax flagged it and helped me fix it.
