We switched to a Mac this year and needed assistance to download the program rather than use the CD. Jason spent as much time as necessary with me to resolve my issues and get my program up and running! Thanks again for your excellent products and service.

I came over to Turbo Tax after having a very difficult time understanding another tax preparer. It literally took me less than an hour to finish this entire process. In addition, I needed help since I was filing multiple forms and my question was answered swiftly by an actual person who walked me through the process. Needless to say but I will be using Turbo Tax from now on. Thanks again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works but always trying to make you upgrade! It works fine but why is it always so sneakily trying to make you upgrade, even without asking! Its very annoying! Took me ages to figure out how to remove the premium services!
