I've been using turbo tax for over 8 years and I knew turbo would not disappoint. but I did hear the advertisement that there will be live help as I do my taxes. so that was what I was depending on for this tax year. Thank God. they connect after a few minutes was able to see my screen and able to help me as i was doing the taxes. and im done Whoohoo

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply reduced anxiety with amazing live EXPERTS! I used to use Turbotax many years ago and I thought it just took so much of my time to handle it. Having to use the live experts to help explain and guide me on questions I wasn't sure about was greatly appreciated and needed. It was definitely a game changer to speaking with the experts and how quickly that answer my calls. I've made three calls and they answer in less than 3 minutes. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and I made me feel less hesitant to ask them any questions. I definitely will recommend friends and family!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has proved strong for 8yrs and counting TurboTax has helped me file taxes for the last 8 years. From moving state to state and enlisting in the military, TT has been there by providing easy and very helpful means throughout it all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear, Concise, Helpful, Efficient Generally my filings are pretty straight-forward, this year, after sever years of filing with TurboTax, I did require some additional expert advice. The whole system made it easy for me to save where I left off with questions, schedule a call with an expert to have those questions reviewed and then to efficiently get back to completing my returns feeling secure that I was entering the proper information. Taxes are never an enjoyable task, but the live Rep that assisted me was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience overall!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've used TurboTax since 1988 We have used TurboTax since 1988 and it's always been the way to go. As we are retired we have a relatively simple return but it is easy and painless to just go from question to question.
