Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax fees too high Every year, it appears Turbo Tax keeps increasing the fees for filing electronically. I believe it those fees were on the packaging, it would allow consumers to make a proper decision.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Atrocious App/website. I've used this app for years and have had no issues. In the past it's been a fast, pleasant experience. This year both the website and the app were clunky, glitchy, and SLOW. I most likely will use a different app next year....HOWEVER, the accountants you can talk to are courteous, patient, and helpful. The only reason this rating is a 5 and not a (5) is because of them.
