Rated 3 out of 5 by from More and more hidden fees. Every year I have to do my taxes Turbo tax wants to charge me for more and more services that used to be included. And I don't see any performance upgrades. Or any more refunds. For the last two years, I've had to pay more in federal even though my situation hasn't changed. And now I have to pay for a basic federal refund, as well as to do my state taxes?? Maybe Im missing something, and am open to clarification and enlightenment. But I probably won't use turbo tax next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from almost forgot energy tax credit I bought a furnace last year and I had to manually go find where to claim the credit. I have used TurboTax for years and this was the first time I found it to be clunky in that way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The software is great but way too expensive There are a lot of great features with TurboTax but there are too many fees and they are too expensive. I believe there is more affordable options on the market that work just as well as TurboTax. This will be the last year that I use the TurboTax service
