Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is okay Turbo Tax shows commercials stating anyone can do it but you have to know what you are doing. I feel Turbo Tax is only for basic taxes unless you know how to operate tax software without paying a large amount for tax return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am so disappointed I would not have even considered using this service if I didn't think it would be free. Apparently the only reason it was not free for me and I had to pay for the deluxe package was because of an HRA. That is ridiculous. So you don't even know how much this is going to cost you until you have wasted tons of time filling everything out. On top of that, they do not inform you that choosing the "deduct cost from federal refund" option costs $40 until you have completed filling out all of the information. Once again, had I known that I would not have chosen that option. Incredibly frustrating process with unclear pricing. I ended up paying twice as much to file on here (along with 2 hours of pure frustration) than I paid last year to have an accountant file for me. Huge waste of time and money. There is no way I will use this service again.
