It was my first time filing with TurboTax, and I would say that overall they offer great information and tips to help you fill out your information as accurate as possible. My only challenge was running into a problem with e-filing at the very end. I was able to connect with someone on their support team and I learned that this error was due to the fact that I had not been charged the state return fee yet (I had only paid federal). So my only critique is that it is not made clear that the cost they tell you that you will pay is not the total cost (excludes state).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Tax Program I liked Turbo Tax better in past years when there were not so many up sale distractions. I really hate all the pop ups trying to get more money from me to purchase tax expert help. These constant intrusions do not encourage me to tell my friends to use TurboTax as I have in past years. instead it makes me want to find another tax program to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from many holes in my files this year. Lots of trouble with out clear explanations of how to fix it without purchasing additional help. 6 years of doing this with no issues but not the case this year. Next year Ill pay some one to take care of this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convinient and good record keeping Easy to follow. Good documentation. My Fed and state were on Pending Status for a long time without much communcation from Turbo Tax. It appears that the return was rejected because of software issues but Turbo Tax was silent until the last minute and made me wander and worry. I can use a better communication
