Loved the "Oops" though cause that was helpful and didn't upset me at all while I was trying to maneuver my entries.

She answered all my questions and I felt confidant to finish the process by myself. The site is user friendly and it's easy to fill out the forms. 10/10 would recommend and will use the TurboTax again next year!
