Not sure but the delays in communicating were horrible, I almost switch to talk directly with someone else. My experience last year was much better although the results this year were much much better than expected.

If I am not sure what to answer with, they will help you make that decision through automated questions. Sure took some guess work out of things. I am a daycare provider and I do my own taxes through Turbo Tax. It guided me through entering the footage of work space and even easy entry for children's meals. See ya next year Turbo Tax!
