Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deluxe Charges For No Reason I have used TurboTax for many years. This is the first year that I was "Required" to upgrade to Deluxe because we have a new HSA plan at work. I understand an extra charge for extra forms, however it also "Required" me to upgrade for state filing as well which ended up costing us an additional $100 for NO REASON. Customer support offered a 30% discount, but it only applied to Federal and one State. At this point, if I am going to be charge over $100 to file taxes with TurboTax, I see no reason to remain as a customer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple with a surprise It was simple and easy to follow and even offered help midway just in case and other tools as well. Although I thought I'd be able to do my taxes at no cost there was a surprise for me at the end of $89. It was alright but didn't enjoy the surprise.
