Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally Completed This was probably the most frustrating tax year and not the easiest. I had a lot more complicated items than normal and was continually getting "needs review". However, Carol the live tax expert was SO HELPFUL! I even lost the chat box and she called me to ensure that everything was completed. The website was frustrating (more probably about the type of information I had to enter than the actual website), but the live expert helped me not give up and go into H&R block which is double the price of the expert.
