I had a live chat with Darlene. She not only assisted me with the tax form, but she helped me TREMENDOUSLY with how to get the most of my money with tips on how to better utilize my pretax options through my W2. She is an asset to this company! As pleasant and helpful as can be.

I kept records for expenses, etc so I hope all deductions and expenses were captured correctly. Not a lot of income and I paid estimated taxes so hoping no surprises after following each step but for a layperson still a bit confusing even with all the help menus
