TurboTax makes it so easy to confidently file taxes, the program searches for deductions and finds ways to lower my tax bill. Quick updates from year to year are a big time saver.

The forms pop up after you input key words , etc. This is very direct and helpful. Can't really do that on IRS free file I would think. For example with health savings accounts; it is only Turbo Tax that knew what forms i needed right away after my inputs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not worth the misinformation I contacted customer service asking about the version of software I needed. That person was very helpful until after the fact when I found out the info was incorrect. I paid for the software and my sister filed her taxes then I was told the software was for only 1 person. I don't want to waste my time in going into detail with this review. But I paid close to $300! I absolutely I will NOT use this program again. Yes i tried contacting someone regarding this but the darn computer that we are all forced to deal with before they allow you to talk to a human being worthless.
