Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Assisted Premier was GOOD I was able to get all my questions answered by the tax specialist. I did have one Live Call with a specialist but they did not resolve my issue and the call was disconnected. I never received word back after. Thankfully, I was able to resolve my own issue. Majority of my questions were concerning crypto, which I know most are not very informed off. Overall, it was OK, I would probably stick with the regular Premier next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Filing Easy and Fast Initially I was fearful to file my own taxes. I thought i needed to pay a professional hundreds of dollars. Since using TurboTax i have been able to do it on my own for less. If you have any questions or do not understand something, you can ask questions and get a fast response. If you don't get that much in return and you are close to having to pay back taxes, I recommend TurboTax because you can get more back by not having to give your taxes to someone else to file them.
