Rated 5 out of 5 by from very user friendly Things I liked about Turbo Tax. Encouragement at each step. Color to highlight boxes, questions and other things. When I thought I missed printing something, and it had a question in blue , did you want to print that, took the anxiety away that I had missed my opportunity to print it. The what is next. The complete sentences that where clear and simple. The window to the right to explain what things where and had comments. The different price options including free. making it easy to give feed back. I found it thoroughly user friendly. Thankyou for all the time you have put into improving this Tax service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from In general very good (but had to workaround a bug) Overall TurboTax is very thorough and easy to use as I've been using it for years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars (rather than 5) was due to a bug related to charitable contributions that I had to workaround (see https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-credits-deductions/discussion/how-do-i-report-this-charitable-contributions-bug/00/2410075).
