Rated 4 out of 5 by from great service except for the hidden fees we always use turbo tax for our taxes, however this year we had to upgrade to the next level and had to pay for the service, which seemed like a one time fee but then they charged us three times for "3 different services", which is why i said they have hidden fees.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to follow and quick I like that you have added ability to take a photo of tax documents and it imports them. However when i took the picture of my W2 a few fields were wrong by a factor of 10. I see why you press to confirm fields.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FEES are outrageous It said $20 for state and zero for federal filing. Then it wanted to charge me an additional 40 after paying 120 for the program...i have to mail my step sons tax return because his refund for federal was 29 dollars! this is garbage

One simply must put in the time to ensure their information is put in and is correct, in any care Turbo Tax walks you through step by step in case you are missing anything. I love Turbo Tax!
